I. Pouring mixer
1.Main components
Mixer, shell, damping bearing, access door, observation window, drive.

2.Function
Stirrer installed on ingredients, after measuring the ratio of mortar, cement, cement according to the order of mixed with pouring blender to efficient mixing, stirring when according to the technological requirements to the blender into a certain amount of steam, the blender slurry temperature around 40 ~ 45 ºC, the stirring time is about 3 ~ 4 min, open the aluminum paste mixer lower valve, make it into the casting the mixer and mixed stirring, stirring time not more than 40 s, and then poured slurry injection mold. The whole cycle is about 6 ~ 8 min.

3.Technical performance & characteristics:
Pouring mixer is composed of motor, mixer, tanks, damping bearing, pneumatic butterfly valve, thermometer, etc.; Pouring mixer has the following characteristics:
(1)Tank side wall set access door, at the top of tank set observation door, inlet and vent on site preparation;
(2) Mixer is propeller blade; inversion drive motor, transmission parts is double bearing, belt drive;

II. Lift pouring head

1.Main Components
Pouring body, fixed holder, movable support, guide wheel assembly, discharging pipe, lower hopper, the lower frame etc.

2. Function
The pouring head is mainly used for guiding the amount of slurry which is treated by the mixing process to pour into the ferry car, so as to the next step process of the slurry.

3. Technical performance &characteristics
A certain amount of slurry treated by the mixing process, controlled by pneumatic butterfly valve, slurry guided by discharging pipe, buffer dispersed by the pouring body, carry out pouring movement under the gravity, so as to pour the slurry into the ferry car smoothly.
III. Mould Turning Machine
1. Main components
Walking beam, car frame, guiding device, lifting device. open & close mould device, turning host, positioning device, synchronous device, hydraulic system.

2. Function
Mould turning machine takes the cake(after curing),together with ferry car and side plate turning for 90 degrees, then put on the conveyor for de-moulding. After that, lift the empty mould frame back to side plate orbit, combine with empty side plate, go back to mould turning orbit after turn 90 degrees.

3. Technical performance & characteristics
The main body drived by both side of driving motor, together with brake, it can realize synchronous frequency control of motor speed, smooth and accurate. Lift device controlled by two lifting cylinder, on its own gravity drop. Guided by the guide wheel of lifting device, synchronous roller which in the middle of lift device let the gear and rack combine together, mechanical synchronization. Both ends of the cylinder control turning hook, hooks the mould car, takes mould car for 90 degrees reverse; Movable mould device which in the middle of the lifting device, de-moulding & mould closing in the case of turning 90 degrees. Lift cylinder, oil cylinder & mould open cylinder all centralized controlled by hydraulic station, ensure stable operation. The main technical characteristics:
(1) Crane lifting, turning, open & close all adopts hydraulic drive, lift must have synchronous device, to ensure lifting oil cylinder synchronization action when lifting mould, ensure mold release without mould.
(2) At the beginning, crane using electrical positioning, mechanical precision positioning, ensure the repeated positioning precision, error is less than 2 mm.
(3) Using grappling hooks, to ensure the reliability of lifting & reversing mould.
(4) Seal hydraulic system, electromagnetic valve, oil tank, hydraulic actuators, avoid oil leakage phenomenon, may not use teflon tape to seal the oil tube; Hydraulic station noise is small, oil laid neatly.
(5) Crane sets up maintenance platforms, crane install 1.2 m security fence.

IV. Cutting machine group

Cutting conveyor

2. Function
The cake placed in the cutting trolley after de-molding. The trolley carries the cake to achieve six faces cutting after vertical and horizontal cutting which reach set specifications (length ± 2mm ~ width ± 1mm ~ height ± 1mm). The car continues to move to the turning area for peeling process.

3. Technical performance & characteristics
a. Technical specifications for cutting machine
(1)Cutting machine manufacture is according to JC/T921-2003 industry standard.
(2)The dimension precision of the cutting block can reach the length± 1mm, the width ± 1mm, the height ±1mm.
(3)The net cake specification for cutting unit & auxiliary equipment design is 5x1.2x0.6m.
(4)Cutting machine can cut the cake of six surfaces.
(5)Cutting machine can produce the product of the level B03-06.
(6)To ensure the cutting precision, the guide rail must be machined and can be adjusted, must be equipped with orbit automatic compensation cleaning device at the same time.
(7)The cutting machine adopts water-washed process to recycle the rim charge & hunch when cutting.
(8) Horizontal cutting device and cutting machine steel wire using the scale of 5mm, the cylinder is tight, the swing and lift of horizontal cutting adopts inverter speed control.
(9) Gouging tools of cutting machine is made of smoothing tool and stocking tool, and meet the production of block and panel at the same time.
(10)Panel cutting device(including the gouging device, adsorption device, blowing device) make sure to remove the waste produced in the cutting process totally, which not affect the cake quality and waste recycling.

V. Tilting table

1.Main components
Composed of L frame, large/small trolley, pushing device, locking device & automatic pilling device etc.

2.Function
Turning cake for 90 degrees after cutting, cake & side plate separate, Scraping edge material around the body and clean it up, then combine the side plate& cake , return back. Go through stacking machine for semi-finished products, then back to curing car.

3.Technical performance & characteristics:
(1)Simple structure, flexible, stable, walk smoothly, don't damage the body, rate of finished product is up to 99%. Ensure that meet the cutting cycle 4.5 min or less running cycle.
(2). Turning table should have enough stiffness, non-deformation, large trolley contact surface machined level off, smooth, surface level≤1 mm.
(3). Peeling device blade can be adjustable.
(4)Hydraulic system & hydraulic piping layout is reasonable, easy to clean, reduce the bottom leather waste accumulated in the pipe.

VI. Separator

1.Main components
(1)Fixed separator: Composite by lifting equipment, separating equipment ,columns etc.
(2)Composite by movable lifting equipment, separating equipment, walking beam, hydraulic system, guiding column etc.

2.Function:
Separator is mainly used for separating steam-cured end product, mainly to solve the block sticking problem.

3. Technical performance & characteristics:
Fixed separator: Lifting equipment overall lifting & separating, clamping parts are controlled by hydraulic press, with stable and reliable movement. The fixed separator, after upper & lower clamps which on the separator frame clamping the cakes, to achieve the separation of sticking finished cakes through the oil cylinder's up and down. Separating equipment controlled by two lifting oil cylinders, drill separating the cakes by adjustment of the lift cylinder, dropped relying on its own gravity, guided by the guide wheel of lifting equipment, in order to achieve the whole process of separation.
(1)The lifting, clamping & upgrading of separator all adopt hydraulic drive, the upgrading of upper & lower separator frame adopt hydraulic & mechanical synchronization to ensure the synchronization of separator frame.
(2)According to the different thickness of block, the distance of separator clamps is adjustable.
(3)The hydraulic system, electromagnetic valve, working oil tank, hydraulic actuator require sealed, without oil spill, oil leakage, shall not use teflon tape to seal the oil pipe; hydraulic station working with small noise, the oil road laid neatly.

Movable separator: The lifting equipment driven by left & right drive motor, with brake, Which can realize synchronous frequency & speed control, accurate positioning. Lifting equipment overall lifting & separating, clamping parts are controlled by hydraulic press, with stable and reliable movement. The movable separator can move on the walking beam, after upper & lower clamps which on the separator frame clamping the cakes, to achieve the separation of sticking finished cakes through the oil cylinder's up and down. Separating equipment controlled by two lifting oil cylinders, drill separating the cakes by adjustment of the lift cylinder, dropped relying on its own gravity, guided by the guide wheel of lifting equipment, in order to achieve the whole process of separation. Separated cakes moved to the packing chain machine by the movable separator.

VII. Ferry car after autoclave
Main StructureConsist of the car frame, conveyor, conveyor device, positioning device, buffer device etc.
FunctionThe ferry car after autoclave is transfer equipment in the production line, it mainly used to convey the autoclaved block from the autoclave, then convey to finished products division orbit. (curing car return orbit).

3.Technical performance &characteristics
Ferry car movement controlled by walk beam drive component, reducer of drive components adopts synchronous frequency control of motor speed, smooth & stable. Positioning on the ferry car controlled by positioning motor, guarantee it runs to positioning block by swing beam of positioning device when it goes to relative pre-curing orbit. The ferry car after autoclave is transfer equipment in the AAC production line. The winding used as power and the wire rope conveyor is used to convey the autoclaved block & curing plate& curing car from autoclave. Then convey to finished products division orbit. (curing car return orbit).
